1,应用范围
本机适用于粮库原粮的初清、制粉、碾米、饲料、化工、食品加工等行业的原料的初清和清理。通过更换不同规格的筛板,可清理小麦、玉米、水稻、油料等诸多品种的物料。
在使用本机时,还可配置垂直吸风分离器,可对物料进行吸风分离,使得轻杂、灰尘得以进一步的清理,且可根据物料中的含杂情况调节,使风选效果达到理想状态。
本机结构简单,运行平稳,清理效果好,产量大,体积小,且能耗低,噪声小,操作使用及维修方便,是理想的清理设备。
1,Application
This machine is suitable for pre-cleaning within the wheat silo and wheat cleaning within the milling plant. The sieve frames can be selected with different openings according to the wheat origin, degree of impurities and cleaning level required.
With this machine, it is normally assembled with a vertical aspiration channel at the outlet to clean the material and separate the dust and foreign impurities after the wheat has passed out through the machine.
This machine is simple, smoothly running and has a good cleaning efficiency. The machine foot print is small, has low power consumption, operation noise and is easy to maintain.
2,工作原理
物料通过进料管进入带有偏心锥形漏斗的进料口,通过布筒进入喂料箱的散料板上,锥形漏斗可以旋转使得物料正确地落在散料板中间,进料箱随着筛体的振动,物料均匀的撒在进料箱底板上,并沿底板流到筛面的整个宽度,若进料在整个进料箱底板上不均匀,调节分料板使喂料达到理想状态。
在喂料箱与筛面的联接处安装了一个压力门,它使物料流能均匀分散成同一高度,物通过压力门后布满了第一层筛面,第一层筛面的筛下物落到第二层筛面上,筛上物由旁边的出料口导出。第二层筛面的筛下物落到底板上,从位于机中部的出料口导出。第二层筛面的筛上物经过压力门导出到垂直吸风分离器进行风选。垂直吸风道可通过调节手柄使风门板转至合适位置,达到最佳分离状态。
2,working principle
The material is fed through the inlet spout into the inlet unit fitted with an eccentric cone and then into the distributing deflector through the bag and inlet box. The eccentric cone can be turned so that the flow of product can be led exactly to the center of distributing deflector. Along with the oscillation motion of the machine, the inlet box vibrates together and material is distributed onto the bottom plate equally, scattering onto the complete sieve surface. If the fed material is not scattered equally onto the sieve, the slide plate cannot adjust the material flow evenly.
There is assembly with a distributing flap, which is fitted where the inlet meets the sieve and finally makes an even distribution of the product. Behind this flap the product flows over the first sieve deck. The throughs of the 1st sieve deck fall onto the 2nd sieve deck and the overs are led away sideways in the outlet. The throughs of the 2nd sieve deck fall onto the bottom plate and are led away in the outlet at the centre of the machine. The overs of the 2nd sieve deck are led through another flap to the vertical aspiration channel.
