1， 应用说明
小直径、高转速、变螺距的螺旋体设计，BYJL产品在工作过程中顺畅、快速、均匀上料,广泛用于化工、矿石、粮食、油脂、饲料、酿酒等行业中对各种粉状、颗粒状和小块物料的输送,但不适合输送粘度大,易结块、含纤维大杂的物料。
1，applications
The tubular screw conveyor runs smoothly, rapidly and uniformly thanks to the minor diameter & high rotate speed & changeable screw pitch spirochete design. It is widely used to deliver powdery, granular and small pieces of material in chemical, mineral, grain, grease, feed and brew, etc industry, and it is not fit for viscosity material delivery.
2， 工作原理
管式螺旋输送机主要由电机、减速机、联轴器、轴承、中间壳体、头尾端板等组成：
■ 机头:为动力输入端,它由电机、减速机、联轴器、轴承、传动安装板、前端板以及密封装置组成.轴承为调心球轴承,可承受轴向力及自动调心.减速机采用硬齿面减速机,可承受较大扭矩,通过联轴器和输入轴连接,也可用链条传动。
■ 机壳:采用优质无缝钢管通过法兰将各段连接,整体刚性好,不会变形。
■ 机尾: 由轴承、后端板以及密封装置组成.轴承为调心球轴承,可自动调心。
■ 中间吊挂:当输送距离大于4米时,应设置中间吊挂,由轴承套、聚四氟乙烯轴承、中间轴及吊架组成。
■ 螺旋体:由变螺距叶片和心轴组焊而成,叶片可为满面式,也可为浆叶式。
2，working principle
Tubular Screw Conveyor is mainly composed of motor, gear motor, coupling, bearing, middle shell and end plates
■ Head: It is power input part and composed of motor, gear motor, coupling, bearing, driving installation plate, front plate and sealing device. The bearing is aligning ball bearing and could stand axial force and automatic aligning. The gear motor is of hard tooth surface and could bear major torque, it is linked by coupling and input axis, also could be driven by chains.
■ Shell: It is made of high quality seamless steel tube linked by flange. It is of good rigidity and no deformation.
■ Tail: It is composed of bearing, rear plate and sealing device. The bearing is aligning ball bearing and could automatic aligning.
■ Middle hanging: Middle hanging is required as the delivery distance longer than 4 meters. It is composed of bearing cover, Teflon bearing, middle axis and hanging rack.
■ Spiral part: It is composed of changeable screw pitch blade and Mandril compound axis. The blade could either full surface type or paddle type.
3，设计特点
■ 布置灵活：输送机的外壳采用优质无缝钢管通过法兰将各段连接为整体，故整体刚性好，无论是水平，还是大倾角均可连续输送，并可直接与其配套的设备连接固定，无需地基基础，充分利用空间，移动、拆装十分方便
■ 良好的润滑：本公司采用免润滑、耐磨滑动瓦(长度大于4m)加迷宫式油封设计，使整机各运动付得到充分润滑，从而延长了整机的使用寿命。双重保护，自然更胜一筹。
■ 可靠的密封：润滑密封可靠无渗漏，既无浪费物料，又创造了良好的工作环境，观察孔装置无渗水和物料泄漏之忧。
■ 多元化的联接：进、出料口可采用卡箍、布袋、法兰联接等方式，还可与我厂生产的蝶阀、闸阀门组合联接。
■ 创新的设计：专用齿轮减速机，先进合理的设计，结合先进制造工艺和完善的质量保证体系，具有体积小，承载转矩大、噪音低、不渗油等显著优点。

3， Features
■ Flexible Layout: The conveyor outer shell is made of seamless steel tube chained by flange. The structure could obtain horizontal & inclined continuous delivery and also could linked & fixed with its matching equipments. This no need foundation and make fully used of space, and could move, dismantle easily.
■ Perfect Lubrication: It applies lubrication-free & wear-resistant slide tile (length ＞4 m) and labyrinth oil seal design， which obtains fully lubrication and longer equipment service life.
■ Reliable Seal: The lubrication seal is good with no leakage and no waste of material, this makes good sanitation and working environment.
■ Multi connection: The inlet and outlet could be linked by clamp, bags, flange and could also be linked with butterfly valve and slide gate.
■ Innovated design: It applies advance design of gear motor and advanced manufacturing technique & thorough Quality system. It is of small size, big load torque, low noise and no oil leakage, etc features.
