1，应用范围

CXZS 系列高效着水机是小麦清理流程中对小麦进行水分调节的主要设备，它能稳定小麦着水量，使着水后小麦麦粒水分均匀，改善研磨性能，增强麸皮韧性，降低胚乳强度，降低麸皮和胚乳的粘结力，提高研磨和粉间筛理效率，有利于提高出粉率和粉色质量。本机具有产量高、耗能低、重量轻、着水量大、着水均匀、稳定可靠、小麦增碎率低。在着水过程中对小麦起“清理”作用。操作、维护、保养方便等特点。

1，  Application
The dampener mixer conveyor model CXZS series is the one of the important machines used for conditioning the wheat in the course of cleaning wheat in the flour milling industry, which offers advantages such as stabilizing of water addition in the wheat, moisture uniform of damped wheat grain, improvement of milling performance, enhancing of the bran, reducing of germ strength and of bran and germ adhering, bettering of increasing of milling efficiency and augmenting of extraction rate and bettering of flour colour as a result. The machine is known for its high capacity, low energy consumption, low weight, large damping ability, uniform damping, stability and reliability, low breakage of wheat, simple and convenient operation and maintenance and good cleaning in the course of dampening.

2， 工作原理

着水系统由恒位水箱、截止阀、转子流量计等组成，使着水后的湿麦水分符合制粉工艺的要求。对稳定粉间操作、保证面粉质量有很大好处。

本机机体有向上倾斜度，当叶片搅拌小麦时，小麦在推进过程中产生自转运动，有些小麦仍落回，再次得到二次搅拌，使小麦颗粒着水均匀。此外，小麦受到叶片搅拌时，小麦表面被轻度擦离，起到“清理”和改善麦质作用；

本机在进料管上设置感应开关，当进料管小麦有一定流量时，感应开关工作，此时着水系统的电磁阀打开，着水系统供水，当进料管无料时，着水系统停止供水。

■ The damping system is composed by constant level water tank; throttle valve and rotor flow meter, with a view of making the damped wheat meet the milling technological demand and helping stabilizing of operation of the milling section and ensuring the flour quality.

■ The machine body is upwardly inclined. When the specially curved rotor agitates wheat which will produce self rotation in the movement. Some of the wheat still drop to be agitated for the second time to have uniform damping. In addition the wheat surface is lightly brushed in order to be cleaned and to have the wheat quality improved when the wheat is agitated by curved rotor.

■ It is equipped with inductive switch in the intake tube. The inductive switch works when intake tube is filled with a certain quantity of stock, at the moment, the solenoid valve opens for the damping system; while the intake trouble is empty, the damping system stops feeding water.

■ This machine can meet the requirements of the flour milling technology after one time damping for these wheat of low moisture. But other dampeners require damping twice and tempering twice. So tempering time is shortened.

■ CXZS series use flow meter for measuring moisture and manual controlling of damping.

■ CXZS series use the microwave for measuring moisture and electronic for controlling damping.
