1，应用说明

CYCX系列永磁筒主要用于分离粉料及颗粒状物料中的磁性金属杂物，适用于饲料、粮油加工、溶剂及酿造等企业物料中磁性物的去除。

本机的磁芯采用最新研制的稀土永磁材料制成，磁感应强度可达到200～380mT，指标超过引进样机水平，具有造型美观、结构合理、除铁效率高、不占场地、无需动力等特点。

1，Application

CYCX series magnet is used to separate the metal impurity in the raw material, thus widely used in the grain and feed factory.

Magnet core is adopted rare earth permanent magnet materials, magnetic strength can achieve 200～380mT.

The casing of this machine is welded with stainless steel, the magnet has proper outline and with high magnetic strength, here its character is simple structure, easy manufacture and high de-iron performance.

2，工作原理

颗粒状或粉状物料经过入口处的永磁体四周形成较均匀的环形料流层，其中磁性金属杂物因磁芯产生磁场而被吸附在永磁体的磁极圈表面上，颗粒状、粉状物料则从磁场区通过经下端出口流出机外，从而达到分离的目的。

2, Working principle

The metal impurity in the raw material runs around the magnet, the metal impurity is magnetized, and it can adhere on surface of magnet, thus the impurity in the raw material can be separate.
