1，应用介绍

振动仓底卸料器适用于面粉、饲料、化工、医药等类似于面粉的粉状物料的仓底卸料，它以振动电机为振源，驱动卸料斗高频振动。卸料斗的中心部位设有一圆锥形的卸料盘，促使仓内物料缓慢而均匀地从出口流出，并有防止仓内物料结拱的作用，是一种理想的仓底卸料设备。

 1，applications

Vibration discharger is a kind of feeding device, assembled beneath flour bin bottom, discharging materials uniformly with the motion of oscillation.

 2，工作原理

该设备的主要结构有：卸料斗、卸料盘、吊杆、橡胶密封条、扎紧装置、定距管、振动电机等部件。

物料从仓底落下，流至下面的卸料斗里，振动电机驱动卸料斗作高频振动，物料受振动后，经过卸料盘中间及四周均匀缓慢的流下来。这样改善了物料的流动活性，使下料稳定均匀，同时仓内物料不易结拱。

 2，working principle

BZCC type vibration discharger constitute like below drawing, basically consist of vibratory motor, connection flanges, vibro-discharging hopper, suspension rod and rubber sealing etc.

This is a new type device with the function of vibratory motor to drive the vibrator and motion part to act, then proportioning downstream radially, this help to break the block in the flour bin.
