1，应用范围
CQS系列重力分级去石机是对小麦清理的设备。主要用在小麦初清及头道筛理之后,对小麦进行分级,集中轻杂（芥籽、草籽、秕麦等）和去除砂石、泥块。亦可用于其它麦、谷类的清理及种籽精选。

本机利用风、振、筛相配合的原理，具有生产效率高，分级、去砂石、泥块性能好，耗能低，无粉尘外扬，噪音小，操作使用维修方便等特点。
本机配备单独吸风网，其效果更加稳定和突出。

1. Applications
The CQS series gravity de-stoner is an important cleaning machine which is mainly used for grading wheat after pre-cleaning and the 1st cleaning section for concentrating light impurities such as mustard, grass seed and wheat husks, etc, for the removal of sand and stones. It is also widely used in selecting and cleaning for seeds and other grains.

2，工作原理

物料由上部进料口进入机器，在到达上层筛第一段之前,通过调整进料箱中匀料调节板,使料流自动均匀地散开流到上层筛面上, 上层筛通过往复振动和向上气流综合作用,根据物料重力,使物料自动分层。
夹有砂石、泥块的料流沿上层筛运动，随着经过上层筛的第二、三段，砂石、泥块和重质料逐渐穿过筛孔而落到下层筛面上, 下层去石筛网的振动，具有严格的搜寻功能来确保去除任何砂石。经上层筛集中的轻杂料，无论其大小，均随轻物料流向筛面末端出去。其轻的谷壳、尘埃等被吸风带到吸风管道，操作者可在允许的范围内，通过选择筛面以及调节蝶形风门来改变在上层筛面上集中的物料流的比例(5─30%)。
通过密封的观察窗，可以直观地监视工作效果，分离出的砂石、泥块,从出石口落下,重质料从出口流出,轻质料从出口流出。 
2，working principle

The material falls onto the allotting chute via the inlet pipe. Due to the vibration action, the material covers the full sieve length. Under the combined action of vibration and air flow, the material on top sieve frame classifies automatically. The light material moves over the sieve, and discharge via the tail of the frame, while the lighter material such as light straw and dust are taken away together with air.

The heavy material, with stones and sand fall onto the bottom frame and under the combined action of vibration, air flow and friction, the material, sand and stone move to the tail or head, which helps to classify. This material is discharged via frame tail, sand and stone move to head of the frame and the broken stones are sieved out.

The operator can check the inside status through the inspection window, the stones and mud separated are discharged through outlet, the heavy material is discharged through outlet, light material is discharged through outlet.
